"I have to say that although the item was a huge disappointment visually as it looked nothing like the picture, the flavor of the meat was obscenely divine. The sandwich filling was pretty bare and the bread overwhelmed the dryness of the sandwich. The onion rings were tasty and plentiful however there was no dipping sauce choices provided so ketchup was sent which increased the saltiness of the batter and I was unable to finish eating them. "I love Black Bear Diner! I've been going to various locations over the years but after tonight's dinner I decided I really needed to leave a review.
Diner turkey is "supposed" to be a little dry, maybe smothered in gravy until you forget that it's that dry. That is 100% -not- what I got. The Roasted Turkey entree punched way above its weight- it was juicy, the gravy was delicious, and the sides were prepared perfectly.
The Bacon Mac 'N Cheese Bowl is exactly as you'd hope from a diner- nothing like what you make at home with 10 minutes notice. Bonus points for the garlic toast always being crispy and satisfying.

I've had this before and it was much better before. the steak was the tiniest 8oz I've ever seen, I thought they had accidently tossed a burger patty in. ordered rare but serves hockey puck. onions and mushrooms where bland and soaked in oil. the garlic mashed potatoes wouldn't recognize garlic if it bit them on the butt.

"FANTASTIC! We were so hungry and excited to eat these beautiful salads that I forgot to grab a picture. lol. It's such a generous portion of food that the takeout box was heavy! I now understand why they sell a half order too. The iceberg lettuce was fresh, green, and crunchy. Topped with a generous portion of feta cheese and sundried tomatoes. They included two full containers of dressing, which was substantial when most restaurants only provide one. The steak was cooked perfectly to order at medium rare and was tender, juicy, and not chewy whatsoever. Overall I recommend this fresh and flavorful salad and rate it 10/10.

"SO GOOD. The fettuccine has the perfect amount of Alfredo sauce. It's seasoned just right, and has a fabulous flavor. The steak bites I added on, were cooked perfectly at medium without any chewiness - they were so tender and delicious! Beautiful salad included, with the dressing on the side. I'll be ordering this yummy and generously portioned dish again!"
