Their strip steak is a lower cost cut of steak that could give some local steakhouses a run for the money on the cheaper cut list.It was tasty well executed good outer charred steak bursting with flavor.
Oddly the Spicy Wild Shrimp Pomodoro is really simply spaghetti with a nice simple tomato sauce with high quality shrimp with fresh cherry tomatoes and spinach. It rivals some of the overpriced high end Italian restaurants on and off the strip.
The chicken was dry /overcooked but the quality was there.
The Hope's Royale Cookie is delicious and of high quality even though it was busy with more mix ins than I prefer.
Just sad they have limited hours

The rice and beans had really good flavor and I thought the serving was large and I ate it over a couple of days. I like custard so thought I would enjoy the flan. It was smooth and sweetness was perfect. The caramel element is thinner than most things I have eaten but it elevated the taste of the custard."
