"I ordered the beef shawarma with a side of hummus, and both were honestly some of the most authentic-tasting Mediterranean food I’ve had in a while. The shawarma was super flavorful, well-seasoned, and not dry at all, which is where a lot of places miss. You can tell it’s made with care. The hummus was just as good. Really smooth, fresh, and had that perfect balance of garlic and lemon without being overpowering.
Everything tasted clean and genuine, not overly Americanized or heavy. It reminded me more of homemade or traditional spots than your typical fast casual place.

The only criticism is that they put the pita bread on the bottom so it got kind of soggy and I paid an extra $1.50 for hummus and it was literally a tiny little drop. I also think restaurants in general should stop putting individual plastic forks and spoons in the bags that aren't sealed... It's just un-sanitary and wasteful in my opinion."
