"I don't usually write reviews but this Reuben Sandwich was INCREDIBLE. My family is from NYC so I know a good reuben when I try it. The portion was huge, it was cooked to perfection and those fries. Beer battered I think but so crispy and delicious. Looking forward to ordering from here again!"
"My Chipped Beef Over Toast with Home Fries arrived promptly and hot. It actually arrived before the estimated time and the driver was friendly. That's service with a smile!
The Chipped Beef Over Toast with Home Fries was delicious and hot. It was creamy and flavorful and it had a lot of dried beef in it.
I ordered sautéed onions with my home fries and they were properly sautéed and translucent.
The potatoes/home fries were cooked to perfection and hot. I loved how they cooked them. There were some crispy ones which I prefer, with a nice mix of simply cooked fried potatoes.
The entire meal was perfect! 10/10"

"The -Classic Egg Sandwich- (v) on a croissant is my Platonic ideal of a breakfast sandwich (a favorite food of mine). AND their lattes remind me why I love small cafes and coffee shops. Anyway, highly recommend!"
"the burrito used to have more rice and veggies in it .. I felt like the it was mostly chicken .. n I had to throw away most.of the chicken cause a large piece had rough fat on it .. I used to get it n my pieces were sliced smaller and more veggies n rice were inside .. It was my favorite food to eat at lunch it's been over a month since I got one n they changed from before .. I don't really like how this one was made .. I went to eat the bowl instead n my avavado was hard I had to cut with a nice ..normaly it's soft that I just mush it in my rice .. idk if there changing how there making it .. but I think they should of kept it how it was before "

"The Grilled Ham Steak was cooked to perfection! The Ham was moist, flavorful with the pineapple garnish. There's enough ham for two meals for me. I had the side dishes of broccoli, Cucumber Salad, & the Homemade Ham & Bean Soup. Delicious is simple to say but this meal was done to perfection! Phenomenal is the best description! Kudos to the chef! Definitely delicious and I am never dissatisfied. The Ham was a thick slice and the Grilled Ham Steak wasn't salty like so many are. I will order again. I ordered from the Assorted Cakes for dessert. Huge slice of Carrot Cake with vanilla ice cream. Yes you need to try it to believe the moist texture and fruit filled Assorted Cake slice. I will have later; there's just too much food. I wanted to create the favorite meal served during the years of the family gatherings. I'm hooked on the Cucumber Salad. It's made just like the 1940s recipes my mother made. Definitely enjoy eating the Columbia Diner meals; I'm never dissatisfied."

"Horrible pork chops. Hard, chewy, tough. Bad/cheap cuts of meat, all of them. Could not eat them, so my Husband and I split the chopped stead, which was exponentially better. All the sides were good. The soup spilled into the bag carrying it and made a hole. Dripped the whole way through the entry, living room, dining room and into the kitchen, so we had to wipe that up. Luckily that didn't drop. Might want to invest in better packaging like the larger chain places do. Overall a net negative for the high price that eating-out is in Lancaster County these days."

"I want to first mention that I have never had any problem with this BK location. Unfortunately, this last order was a bit surprising. I ordered a OCS combo meal with fries and a sprite, a medium Coke, a large Barqs and 2 additional original chicken sandwiches since DoorDash had them as BOGO free. So, I marked that I wanted 2 (with cheese, no lettuce) to get that promotion. We received our order in a timely manner, like always. However, we got 2 sandwiches. 1 was as was listed in the combo with lettuce, mayo and no cheese. That is on me for not updating that. The other sandwich we received was assembled as we wished but we only got one. It was too late to go out to get my son something so he made a new DD for another establishment. Again, everything we received was great but we just did not receive the 2nd OCS as we had ordered."

The owner even added a personal message to the box that I requested! Flavor choices were amazing and they did not disappoint! They were devoured in under 30 minutes!! Highly recommend and we'll be using Dirty Dough Lititz for many special occasions!"
"The cookies are enormous! Me and my kids used a fork to eat them. We got the reverse pb and chocolate and the cookies and cream. The cookies and cream was really impressive and by far my favorite! They had a nice texture. A little crunchy on the outside but chewy and gooey (not doughy) on the inside. Loved that they arrived warm!!!"

"probably the most mediocre bowl i've had from anywhere. been here countless times and never have seen it this bad. really wouldn't kill the workers to put an actual serving of protein in the bowl, but good thing there's half a pepper in here! scrumptious! it's honestly like they took a 3 inch sliver of chicken, cut it up 3 times and threw it in my bowl and called it there. but then they charge 3 dollars and change for a "extra" which would most likely be an actual serving, but turns out to just be another 3 inch piece of chicken cut up into 3 pieces. disappointed in you moes, but i'll probably be back. "
"terrible food. burnt and dry chicken. hard rice. small cup of queso and guacamole for over 2 dollars each. grilled veggies were undercooked and not chopped up properly. did not receive my salsa sides. and chips were not fresh. Moe's unfortunately is no longer a viable burrito place option for me anymore after today"

"The portions from this place are a joke I'm not sure why I even bothered as you never get your moneys worth. I ordered extra protein which was 5 bucks & they didn't add it to my bowl from the looks of it. $20 on the Burrito Bowl alone & they still want to skim out on the portions.. The Burrito was more of the same as far as being small but had great flavor. Would I order again? No I wouldn't, at least not via doordash only in person!"
"I called before I placed an order and asked them not to put an excessive amount of sour cream on my bowl like they did the last time. I'm not sure why they're putting so much sour cream on our food. But guacamole cost almost 4 dollars for a scoop. $18 for this bowl and there's barely any meat in it."

"Good was hot which was a nice surprise but the come to find out my bowl is 95% rice barely if at all any meat and barely any lettuce on top of that. I basically ate rice and beans when I ordered the hot and sweet Cholula chicken with extra which was an additional $5 and didn't get barely a normal portion. I normally love eating here but today was extremely disappointing. I basically wasted $30"

"Get the Birria Tacos- you deserve it. So delicious, so much value for money. Delivery is fast and reliable, quality is excellent.
American Tacos are also delicious if you want something more snack-like. Rice, beans and empanadas are awesome sides with whatever you get. Love this place!!"
"I ordered the Birria 3 Tacos , Quesadilla Chicken Salad, and Pico De Gallo. The portions were large and the flavor was amazing for each item. They also added sauces on the side which was great addition to the meal. The consomé for the Birria Tacos was the best I've ever had. They don't give you alot but it was enough for 3 Tacos.
My only disappointment is that I ordered beef tacos thinking it would be shredded beef or barbacoa style but it was ground beef. It still tasted delicious but I definitely would have ordered steak or chicken if I knew the beef was ground beef.
Also if you choose spicy, the sauce is on the side and is VERY spicy. I'm glad it wasn't directly on the food.
8.5/10 would definitely order again."

"Service was ok I stood around for a good bit before anyone helped me, they were not busy. The Quesabirria Tacos were good, a little small for the amount paid for although. "All their food is amazing but the Special Beef Barbacoa Tacos 3 Pieces are exceptional. Their Flan is incredible, and a perfect way to end your meal."
"I was very disappointed. I ordered the Chicken Fajitas. They sadly tasted like shrimp, and I dislike seafood. I'm assuming they use the same surface to cook all of their meat. The chicken is also minced which is odd, and there was barely any chicken. You normally want nice strips. I'm assuming they cut it very small so it looks like there is more. But it has to be like 1 very small piece of chicken they use per order... For the cost I'd expect more. Peppers were undercooked. They also only give you 3 tiny wraps.. which were cold. Sadly the best part about my meal was the chips & salsa. If I order from here again, I won't be getting this meal."

"I have never been disappointed with any order here. We probably eat here more than any other local restaurant because everyone in my family always loves it. And they do well accommodating for pickier eaters. I usually have breakfast for the next day because the portions are generous! We love the quesabirria and the tacos but everything I've tried is absolutely delicious! "
"I rarely reach out to a business about a bad experience. Having spent my entire life working in the restaurant industry, I completely understand how tough the business can be, and my usual response is to simply let it slide and move on. However, after our experience last night, I felt compelled to share feedback on my recent $70 order.
We tried your food a couple of years ago and didn't have the best experience, but seeing that you’ve expanded to four locations, we decided to give it another shot. Unfortunately, the meal was completely inedible:
Street Corn: The corn served on the cob was visibly brown and spoiled.
Chicken Quesadilla: Wrapped directly in foil, the pieces were completely fused together and saturated in grease to the point they couldn't be unrolled or divided to share. Oddly, it also had a strong pickle flavor.
Packaging Issues: Wrapping the quesadilla in foil and placing it directly on top of the styrofoam container for the chicken fingers caused the styrofoam box to collapse. The grease leaked all through the box, ruining the chicken fingers and fries as well. Using a standard hard container for quesadillas would easily prevent this issue.
Working at a local breakfast spot in the area, I’m frequently asked by guests for local recommendations. Given this experience on top of our previous visit, it’s really hard to share a positive word right now.
I’m bringing this to your attention because, as a restaurant worker, I’d want to know if food leaving my kitchen was coming out like this. Given that the entire $70 meal was ruined, I hope you’ll consider issuing a refund or gift certificate for the order.
Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I hope this feedback helps your team address these kitchen and packaging issues."
