I ordered the same pound of shack baby backs today and the meat was stale hard like it was left over food the meat was dried up horrible. I paid $27.00 plus other fees a total of $33 +. I guess the person who prepared my food did not realized I had just ordered this meal on 5/12/26. So I knew this stale hard meat was not fresh. I would tell people be careful what you order and not the difference between stale hard and refresh tender meat."

"I got the BURGER with mac n cheese and Oreo dessert. The mac n cheese is the standout item. I like the sauce and twisty noodles. The burger is thick with a nice homemade char taste. It's apparent that it's made with all quality ingredients. Hot and fresh, nothing to cpmplain about. But tbh, nothing to write home about either. I can think of a few places with burgers in the same $ range that are better. Oreo cheesecake desert thing is just ok, taste like standard chocolate syrup thats on top and the base is mushy with a lil too much of a sour taste. Like what you'd make at home with standard grocery store ingredients rather than what you'd expect from a nicer resteraunt. Probably won't be back, except maybe to try the short ribs."
