"The Spicy Poblano Eggs Benedict was overcooked to the point of an 8-9 minute boiled egg. The whole point of eggs Benedict is to have the yolk be able to enhance the flavor of the hollandaise sauce. Instead of placing the sauce separately as I ordered it would have allowed me to have an equal amount of sauce on both pieces of English muffin instead of just 1 soggy muffin piece. The actual poblano beef with onions and peppers was outstanding and cooked perfectly. Very tasty with no need for any additional seasonings.
