There were merely two tiny pieces of potato scattered in the sauce, and the onions were barely visible, almost an afterthought. "The Spicy Beef Pho was absolutely delicious and incredibly comforting. The rich, flavorful beef broth paired perfectly with the tender slices of beef, while the fresh lime and cilantro added a bright, refreshing finish. I was so satisfied that I only ate about half of my bowl before I was happily full.
The only disappointment was the fresh spring rolls. They were mostly lettuce, rice noodles, 4 shrimp, and a couple herbs leaf. At other restaurants, I’ve enjoyed spring rolls that include a better variety of fresh vegetables, such as shredded carrots and cucumbers, along with rice noodles, shrimp, and cilantro. Those have a more balanced texture and flavor.
The photo shows the spring rolls packed in a zip-top bag because I became filled up on the delicious pho. Despite my disappointment with the spring rolls, I would definitely order the Spicy Beef Pho again."
