First thing i noticed upon arrival was the drink cup it had 'let's keep lifting eachother up' (in pink which adds bonus points because it's my favourite colour) written on it which was just the sweetest thing to see. The size shown in the listing, the wording used, and the photos all influence a customer’s decision to purchase. In my case, I ordered this product specifically based on the advertised size, and what I received did not match my expectations from the listing.
As I understand it, under Australian Consumer Law, businesses should make sure that product descriptions and advertising are not misleading or likely to give customers the wrong impression. I think this is something the restaurant should review, particularly the way the portion size is described and presented.
I’ve eaten HSPs from many different restaurants, and portion size is an important part of what customers are paying for. If the portion you are selling is effectively a small size, I believe it should be advertised more clearly as such."
