I LOVE their Japchae and it was FANTASTIC! It's such a wonderful dish and I was so grateful that they made sure to eliminate the mushrooms so everyone was able to enjoy it! I love this restaurant. The food is always fresh and flavorful! I would have included a spicier dish, but not everyone is able to handle spicy food. I rated them a full 5 stars, despite them missing taking out the mushrooms from the Dak Dak Bulgogi (Chicken Bulgogi) when I let them know that we had allergies. I did it because getting Japchae without mushrooms is tough. Blue & Bacon burger was okay too -- burger itself was cooked well and tasted good, cost was, again, very reasonable, and the blue cheese sauce was amazing...when you could taste it. Unfortunately, the sauce was honestly overpowered by the bacon and onions -- I ended up pulling those off and eating them separately so I could taste the sauce more, as it mostly tasted like a standard burger with it assembled.
