They give you white sauce and red sauce on the side so your sandwich doesn't get soggy in transit and you can pour however much you like on it. We also ordered the Red Lentil Soup, Turkih Style Hummuss, Baba Ganoush, and the big loaf of Whole Bread. The bread was crusty on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside, it kind of reminded me of a sourdough loaf.
