"You can definitely tell the difference between dayshift and night shift.  I ordered during dayshift and then I ordered during night shift.  Dayshift included the napkins and straw with my order as they were supposed to and then I ordered it again this time during night shift. They did not include a straw for my frappe and they did not include any napkins. They also didn't give me extra lettuce which I had to pay $.50 for so I paid a dollar for extra lettuce on both my McChicken's and didn't receive extra lettuce.
