"I am a fn of the Chicken Over Rice and the mixed wrap. The flavor is balanced. The Chicken is a little spicy. Which I dont mind with the white sauce.
I like that it arrived at my house hot when I ask for delivery. However, I have noticed that the portions are much smaller when I order for delivery or get one of the promotions. Sometimes is onlya little bit of chicken in the portion which is very disappointing. Last time they put tomatoes in my dish even though I specified no tomatoes. I was unable to bet a refund and I couldn't eat my meal.
The food is always fresh The salad and cucumber are crisp.And the rice nevertastes burnt or sale.
I order from here almost every week. But if things like the portions keep decreasing and there are mistakes with my order I will be forced to look for different options."

"I’ve always been a fan of Shah’s Halal Food because the quality, flavor, packaging, and consistency are usually on point, and this order was no different when it came to taste. Everything was fresh and flavorful. My only disappointment was the portion size, especially the lamb. I counted maybe 11 small chopped pieces of lamb, a couple cucumbers, about 4 or 5 strands of lettuce, and a surprisingly small amount of rice. I finished the entire platter in under six minutes, and trust me, I wasn’t trying to break any records 😂. I remember ordering from Shah’s and getting so much food that I’d have enough for two meals. I completely understand the economy is tough and food costs have gone up for everyone, but customers are feeling it too. When you’re paying for a lamb-over-rice platter, you should still feel like you got your money’s worth. Therefore, I was not able to eat the food which I spent $50 on. I am not sure if the delivery driver possibly tampered with the food or if the restaurant carelessly put in the bag that way. I called the store and restaurant and they told me it should have been put in white package, but whoever prepared the meal just threw it in there and did not take time to take it out of the plastic bag to repackage and seal it. "Their salads are consistently hearty when they give you all the toppings; my previous one had no egg. I did manage to get all the toppings this time. I did not order any hot food so I did not have the issue of hot and cold food being bagged together. Their dressings, even the prepackaged ones, are under portioned. I will add photos to depict what I mean. A net wt 1oz pack of dressing should weigh more than 1oz and it weighs less. The southwest ranch dressing cups are portioned in house and are half full as well. At least give people the ounce that's printed on the packaging! Yall can fill up a 2oz fluted cup with more than half dressing. That's not half either when the bottom is bigger than the top. It's a bountiful salad with stingy dressing, even when you pay for extra dressing! The store limits modifications that are readily available in their native app but DoorDash pricing is usually more economical. And please, put napkins in every bag!"
