"Whenever I'm in the mood for a good ol' southern meal, this is where I go. The food is fresh, perfectly seasoned, flavorful and there's a great variety of selections for every meal. I had the Homestyle Chicken dinner tonight with green beans, mac and cheese and fried apples for dessert and I'm a happy, happy girl. And what I REALLY love is that they also offer a "sides only" meal. I do a lot of grilling for a week at a time but I'm not always in the mood for making sides throughout the week. Being able to order their Country Vegetable Plate allows me to order two meals worth of sides that I can pair with my meats and I've got a fairly healthy meal with little effort. And because I LOVE sweet potatoes, I'm always on the lookout for places where I can order them. This is one of only TWO places I've found where I can order them. The Loaded Baked Sweet Potato is always cooked perfectly, the flavor is amazing even if you don't get the toppings, and it's a healthier choice than some of the other starchy sides. And their Sugar Plum Tea (Half Gallon)... Oh how I hope they put this on the menu as a regular because I think this has become one of my favorite varieties of flavored tea. Overall, if I could, I'd give them 10 stars. This is one of my favorite places to order from."

"Usually I really enjoy Chilis. But tonight I was thrown for a complete surprise when I saw my Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas. Not only did these somehow pass approval to be delivered in their state, but DoorDash wanted to refund me only $5 for this almost $20 Quesadilla. "The Create Your Own Ultimate Feast® was good. There were two snow crab clusters (one preselecting) and six coconut shrimp (three per selection). I don't remember the coconut shrimp having any kind of spice to it, so that was a surprise. And it doesn't go well with the pina colada sauce either. Very weird. They remembered my half dozen cheddar bay biscuits and the extra pina colada sauce. The lobster bisque was nice, smooth, rich and had a great lobster taste. Another issue - and it was a serious shock for me - was that I added on the bacon wrapped scallops. What I got were two - TWO - scallops about the size of a quarter in diameter wrapped in bacon. Seriously??? For $12??? I also had the crispy Brussels sprouts and a side salad. The Brussels sprouts were NOT crispy and the side salad was mostly the ribbing of iceberg lettuce. No croutons, no cheese, barely any shredded carrot... All in all, they are SERIOUSLY overpriced and I certainly won't be ordering again. I paid over $100 for this slop. The least they could do is put some effort in and give me my money's worth. I can get a pound and a half of snow crab clusters for $30 at Walmart. "
