The crust is not flaky, buttery, and crunchy, but dense, solid, and a bland. To be fair, the cheese and sauce are pretty good, so I'd be willing to give their regular pizza a try (and maybe that's truly where my friend's recommendation stemmed from). Either way, I would not order a pan pizza from this restaurant again."
