The chicken is topped with chives and black sesame seeds which really elevates the presentation. I wanted to include some pictures, but I was too eager to open the box and turn it into a crime scene.
The fries are beautifully charged and blistered and come with a side of smoked ketchup - which I initially thought was just some fancy gimmick, but it really is beyond ketchup. It is dark, smoky, subtly sweet, and has the slightest hint of heat to it. Because everything is fried and beef tallow, you can't really taste or smell any unpleasant stench of cooking grease.
