As someone who doesn't have gluten issues I'd still probably give a 4 star as much quality wasn't lost for the substitutions required to make gluten free. The Maple donut was really good almost opposite of a typical donut which you expect airy and light where this was moist and dense but I really enjoyed it. The Lemon Loaf had decent flavor. It had slight graininess to it but not as bad as other gluten free dessert breads. Boulegle was interesting.
