I wanted to share some feedback about my last order. We have ordered from you several times before and the food was always great, but unfortunately this time all three kebab skewers were quite burnt and mostly tasted burnt.
The kebab with tomato sauce was also very oily and tasted more like tomato paste than fresh tomato. I would really appreciate it if you could please check this with the kitchen, as I honestly did not expect this quality from your restaurant.
Also, for a two-skewer koobideh meal, I think two butters should be included instead of one, because the rice is quite dry without enough butter.
