Taco Bell

"It's Taco Bell.
You don't go there with the expectations of fine Mexican cuisine.
You go there knowing it's going to be fast food quality imitation Mexican food.
As expected the meat still has the texture of Alpo.
( if it smelled like it I'd run lol)
The tacos had a decent amount of filling. Tomatoes and sour cream shouldn't be so expensive though. The difference between a regular and supreme is a bit much when you buy a bunch. (This is the 4 stars)
My food was great and ready when I got there. All the sauces I asked for were in the box too.
First time doing a pick up order but good coupon codes make you try new things sometimes!"
"I've ordered from this location a few times and have always been satisfied. This time, something went wrong. The Loaded Beef Nachos were lacking all toppings besides the steak that I switched for beef, and it was the first time I had to mix everything myself which led to me realizing how little of everything else they gave me. It was mainly chips. I had that first and thought that would be a one-off since my prior experiences had been great so I didnt think to take a picture , but then I got to the dipping burritos. I've had them before and was shocked to see them smaller than my pinky finger. They tasted alright, but if I paid $7 for just them and I was at the store I would have asked if they messed up somehow because they were barely 2 bites a piece. Then I got to the Doritos locos tacos and took 1 bite of the 2 and put them down. They tasted "chemically" for a lack of a better term and they're usually one of my favorite items here, but I could not bring myself to take another bite. I'm sure I'll order here again because this seems like an off night, but man was I disappointed from spending $30 on this order. "

"Compliments to whomever kept this massive burrito from falling apart its soooo good and so well made "
"Ordered two Classic Breakfast Burritos and two Orange Juices. Burritos arrived without salsa that we ordered and had to be salvaged with sauce from the fridge. They were very middling in quality without sauce.
Orange juice is ridiculously overpriced for the quality. You can get about 1/2 to 3/4 the size freshly squeezed from other places for a similar price, and this tasted exactly like Sunny D. Wouldn't order again."

"First time ordering from here. Tacos Birria with the cosomme juice was delicious. The only thing I would improve on the order was they hardly included any rice or beans with the order. ☹️
Great laaate night place."
"The steak that I ordered was burnt to a crisp and the burger that I ordered was so small and overcooked that it was hard to find on the bun. I will absolutely never order from this place again. Horrible quality and very expensive for what they gave me."

"got the tacos al Taco Al Pastor / Seasoned Pork taco dinner. flavor was fine, price was good, portions were great. fresh cilantro and onions, but overall a fine taco."
"Tacos themselves were fine, chicken was well seasoned but didn't get any cilantro or onion. The Quesadilla Gigante / Giant Quesadilla was truly god awful. Store-bought quality tortilla and virtually no cheese on it. Tasted bland, stale, and it was very small for the price. Would not order again, looks nothing like the photo"

"Delicious! They accommodated my special requests. The Tostada was delicious with the avocado and sourcream. The Horchata was so good and sweet. They put plenty of cheese and I enjoyed that because it is an extra charge. The Taco Dinner was so good. I will be ordering here again. They also give plenty of fries. Great Mexican food. "
"Very disappointing experience both the food and the customer service afterward.
We have been customers of Cilantro Taco Grill in Rosemont since the location opened, and for years we were very happy with the food. That is exactly why this most recent experience was so disappointing.
On September 20 at approximately 7:22 PM, we ordered a taco salad and five steak tacos.
Unfortunately, the food was nothing like what we have come to expect from this restaurant.
• The taco salad shell was so badly burned that it was completely inedible.
• The salad consisted mostly of rice with a very small amount of meat.
• The five steak tacos also contained an extremely small amount of steak, substantially less than what we have received in the past.
• The sauce that was supposed to come with our order was completely missing.
I understand that the order was placed relatively close to closing time and that the staff may have been rushing to finish for the evening. However, that is not an acceptable reason to serve burned food, substantially reduced portions, and an incomplete order. Customers should receive the same quality and attention regardless of what time they place an order."

"Bomb asada tacos!! CALDO DE POLLO was delish! Great portion sizes! Fresh ingredients! Will definitely order again, maybe our new go to spot for Mexican in the area!"
"When my husband found this place. We were extra happy. Would have rated it 5 stars. But recently they have gone downhill. I don't know if they've changed cooks but the food is mid all of a sudden. The chorizo no longer pops like it used to. No grease whatsoever. I ask for things and keep getting the wrong things. It's a shame. At one point I would have given them 5 stars. Not anymore."
