It was fried in a coating that would be more suitable for frying chicken in. That is the sole reason I had to dislike this dish. I do think it is good that a cornbread muffin is served with it though having great flavor. The hush puppies also had great flavor and as I mentioned earlier they give you a good amount; about 12-13; which is about double what I'm used to getting. The collards are good also but could definitely use a little more cooking to soften the greens a little more and infuse more flavor. I'd order again from this restaurant but I would order a different dish."
