The sauce was thick and had a pleasant sweetness to it. The chicken was cooked perfectly! My husband had the Goan shrimp. he loves spice so he sat there and ate it while sweating and mouth on fire! The puris were perfectly fried, the aaloo tarkaari was spiced just right, the quantity of the food is incredible too, I was not able to finish the halwa puri, enough for two meals. The only thing that could be better was the achaar, please give authentic Pakistani achaar like Shan or National.
The bun kabab was very authentic, more daal in the kabab than meat, just like back home. The bun kabab would benefit from a sweeter tomato sauce like back home. But overall one of the best bun kababs I’ve had in NJ.
The behari kabab paratha roll was innovative in how it was portioned like a quesadilla, very interesting. The behari kabab was super soft and melted in my mouth just like back home. The paratha was whole wheat and should be of maida flour like back home. The chutneys were on point though. Once again the quantity was amazing.
