"i love the porridge, but the one thing that i was kind of dissappointed in was the amount of chicken i got. i paid 6$ extra for some chicken and i only got a small portion. i was expecting more but i got maybe 4 pieces of chicken with bone. overall, the porridge was bomb but just disappointed in the portions."
"All good! I don't usually go for Walnut Prawn 核桃蝦球 these days, but it was well-executed (crunchy walnuts on the side, monstrous prawns in a mayo-dressing) and a fun change. The Braised duck with fresh mushroom and ginger 鮮冬菇老薑燜鴨煲 is a more Chinese presentation - you gotta nibble at the little duck bones. So good dish if you're ready to work at it a bit. Chinese Sausage & Dry Scallop Fried Rice 瑤柱臘味炒飯 was def a good break from traditional pork fried rice - sweet, dry Chinese sausage and the rice was well-textured with scallop bits in it. Finally, I'm always a sucker for Egg Custard Buns 奶皇流沙包 and these didn't disappoint - they're the orange variety, a bit gushy and squirty, sweet and still steamy.
Glad I finally got a chance to try these guys and want to keep them in business. I will def return myself to try some of the good stuff I had to pass on this first visit -"

"1. I'm disappointed they put all 3 types of dumplings in the same box even though it was 3 separate orders. Please don't do this! Food allergies are real and I have them, so that was really not cool at all. Luckily I was not allergic to anything in the box, but if I was, this review would be very different. I can appreciate that supplies are expensive, but putting people at risk for cross contamination and allergic reactions is unacceptable. Saving a few dollars on your bottom line is not worth someone's life. 3 separate orders=3 separate boxes.

"Lap Mei Fan was good. Rice crispy even with to go. Soup was small for $7+ Maybe it's a costly soup to make? (I wouldn't know since my mom is the one buying the ingredients for the soups at home.) With the current inflation prices, especially."
"I love the packaging!
Great thought went into this because there is also burnt rice at the bottom. Flavors are great. I do wish the rice has some seasoning but the toppings are flavorful enough which makes up for it. Everything tastes great."

"I ordered lunch via Doordash pickup and the order was ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived, the restaurant was empty, but the cashier was friendly and handed me my order right away. There were a few others waiting for order pickups as well. Maybe the restaurant is more of a dinner place? Regardless, the food was very flavorful and piping hot. From the hong kong noodles (with separate container of sauce+toppings), basil chicken + shrimp, and won ton soup, everything tasted GREAT! My only nit is that the basil dish was a bit heavy on oil. Not a big deal, I enjoyed it all and also appreciate their $5 discount on $25+ orders. Will return!"
"Food always arrives hot, fresh, and tasty. The Salt and Pepper Chicken is simple yet delicious and a very generous portion; it's one of my go-to's when ordering from New Dragon Garden. They're also quick so I can always rely on them in a pinch."

"Food was delicious and there is enough for several generous meals. Only odd thing was that the eggplant did not look anything like the picture. it was one long eggplant sliced in thirds. It was delicious just not what I expected. Free appetizer included. Will order again."
"I got the Oceanic Delight which has shrimp, scallops and squid. There were 2 shrimp and 4 little items that I guess were scallops. The rest of the dish was zucchini and pea pods.
I spoke with the restaurant and they didn't have a problem with what I received.

"Devoured before I could get pics, but everything was amazing. The baked pork bao was full of flavor and crunchy, come with three pieces, and the wonton soup was phenomenal even for being a fairly simplistic soup, the won tons inside are packed with filling, and the coconut milk pudding bunnies are ADORABLE and fresh. everything was super fresh in general, portions were great and I would order more items to try from here."
"In town for two nights and ordered this place both nights because I loved it so much on the first round! Everything was fresh, the 🌶️Hot and Sour Soup 酸辣汤 was the best I've ever had, and the Fried Sesame Ball 芝麻球 (3) sent me flying outta my chair SO GOOD!! "So this used to be my favorite Mapo tofu since I've moved back from living in Asia, but recently they've been using the firm tofu instead of the silk and tofu, which is not very authentic or enjoyable. Also, there seems to be much less of the sauce to mix with the rice, so it really doesn't feel like the wonderful Mapo tofu experience that I used to look forward to. "

"I've ordered from here several times. The 12. String Bean over Rice Plate is one of the best things I've ever had. It's not just basic, its made with black bean sauce and ginger. I order it every time, it's a great deal as well. Always freshly made. The 19. Hot and Sour Soup is good as well. I only order the cup because i tried the full serving and it wasn't as good. "
"Chicken and corn soup large side was small, one of the 16oz containers that i would expect for the small. $13.95 for a small was not a good value. the taste was just ok. i wouldn't order it again. Rest of the meal was fine."

"The best Chinese place I've had. I am now looking to go and eat here because the quality and quantity is amazing. My bento was delicious and I couldn't recommend this more, the price is worth the meal as the quantity is generous and the taste is worth it. The garlic noodles were the best, the crab rangoons were the best, everything was the best."
