"The grilled catfish was *amazing*. Huge portion, well seasoned, and very well prepared. The wings, also grilled, had the most delicious flavor and char. The shish kabob was delicious! Lean and beautifully seasoned. Better than the kefta kabob at Sarra's Grill's nearby rival - a Skokie mainstay. The lentil soup was perfect and hearty, and the couscous was moist and perfect. Zero over-salting. I called the restaurant with questions, and the woman I spoke with was incredibly helpful and kind. The food was prepared on time, the restaurant was warm and inviting at pick-up, and when I called them a second time after we ate to compliment every aspect of the meal and to welcome the restaurant to Skokie, both the woman and I were delighted. Don't miss this one. It's already replaced a spot on my mental list of favorite staples. Enjoy!! "

Udupi Palace mentions that some of its items are up to 70% less than in the area, something I found to be true only on one of my items the Mulligatawany Soup. This happens to be one of my favorite soups! I am used to looking in it and seeing a variety of ingredients in an appetizing mix with a beautiful aroma! This was a bowl of brown liquid soup with nothing noticeable in it other than broth and a few pieces of spice!
As I looked through most of the entrées, I was worried that so many of them were fried that they would not travel well. The masala dosa arrived lukewarm, and not much taste. I do not like leaving a negative review! Especially for my first one. However, I spent over a decade living blocks from Devon Avenue! Before I found the restaurant that I used to love, which moved, I spent five years or more trying many different Indian restaurants! Usually you end up with leftovers, the amount was slightly less than I am used to getting. In conclusion, I would not order from this restaurant again. I did not like sounding so harsh, but what good is a review if it is not completely honest!"

I would think that less than half a cup of beef was inside the folded dough, as there was empty space at the folds. It would be charitable to describe them as MEDIUM, not large.
I was very disappointed. I would not order them again.
Would like to get a refund for them, in fact.
The Double Cheeseburger was above average, with a goodly amount of tomato, lettuce, onion, etc. The Chicken Shawerma Sandwich wraps were superb, better than ones I bought from a different restaurant. I will probably order the wraps again.
So, the lack of consistency is the overall problem.
