"Salmon Patties Special was satisfying. I have been waiting for them to hit the daily special again and I just kept missing it. Finally today I caught it and I am not disappointed. Two perfectly sized patties, pinto beans (I opted to add onions), mashed &gravy, and a cornbread muffin. I thought the onions would have been sautéed or cooked down a little in the beans but the fresh diced onion isn't bad. I'll add a little more seasoning and pop them in a pot for a spell. I'd definitely order again!"
