Thank goodness I can default to my usual order of Paneer Tikka Masala medium on the spicy side, Serrano Chilli Naan with extra chilis, and Basmati Rice. The two-for-one vegetarian appetizer deals have made me *and* my neighbor very happy lately. She's just as gaga over the Daal Soup as I am, and she's extra pleased when I add some Palak(Spinach) Pakora to our little feast. My husband and I have been on a serious dosa kick lately because we love dosa, and we ordered from ID Cafe the other day because it is just that amazing.
The food absolutely hit. Our favorite was the Vijayawada chicken dosa. It was packed with flavor, perfectly spiced, and incredibly satisfying. Everything tasted fresh and well made, and you can tell they really know how to do dosa right.
As long as you go in knowing it is takeout only, it is 100 percent worth it. If you are a dosa lover or craving solid South Indian food, this place is a great choice. We will definitely be ordering from here again."

The Basmati rice was fluffy, aromatic, and paired beautifully with the dal. It wasn’t oily or clumpy — just clean and well-cooked. And to top it off, they included two papads instead of one — fresh, crisp, and a great crunchy side.
Everything came neatly packed and still warm. It’s simple food done right — healthy, hearty, and full of flavor. Definitely something I’d order again.

The Chicken Tikka Masala was overly sweet, very oily, and had a thin, consistency instead of a rich, creamy sauce. Once mixed with the rice, it honestly just tasted like oil. On top of that, there were maybe three to five small pieces of chicken. The Palak Paneer was unfortunately even worse. It was extremely bland, overly oily, the same thin consistency, not saucy at all and honestly not edible. I couldn’t finish it. Overall, the food felt low quality and overpriced. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t order these dishes again."
