Perhaps butter might be an addition but I didn't want to add fat and calories when it was so good by itself. I got the Almond Pastry because I've never had it and it was really good but there is an almond twist they have that looks better. This was just an early breakfast for me (I don't plan on eating all 6 of the cookies - at least not today!). Their food is unique, tastes healthy and there are a huge number of combinations you can get.
