"I usually like Delsh Teriyaki, but the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl I received today was like 25% chicken and 75% rice. The chicken is really thinly cut and spread evenly on the top of the rice to give the appearance like it's a lot of meat, but it's really just a very thin layer of tiny pieces. Also, another thing that is misleading is that the Bacon Cheeseburger photo shows fries and peppercinis with the burger, but you don't get that if you order it. I will rate this experience accordingly, and my suggestion is to include more meat next time and also change the menu photos to match the order, or change the order to match the photos."

"This was my first order from HiroNori, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations.
Whenever I order tonkotsu ramen, I have two concerns: that the broth won’t be rich and creamy enough, or that it’ll compensate by being overly salty. This was neither. The broth was exactly what great tonkotsu should be: deeply rich, full-bodied, and flavorful without being oversalted. The seasoning was balanced perfectly, and it honestly held up to the standards I have from eating ramen elsewhere.
The food also arrived at the proper temperature, which is no small feat for ramen delivery.
The chashu was tender, the noodles held up well, and the marinated eggs were cooked exactly as they should be, with beautifully jammy yolks.
For dessert, I ordered the yuzu cheesecake. It was smaller than I expected, but after the first bite I realized that was probably for the best. It was bright, creamy, and just the right amount of citrus. If they’d sent me one the size of a tire, I probably would have eaten the entire thing without hesitation.
I’ll definitely be ordering from HiroNori again. It’s rare for delivered ramen to impress me this much, but this one absolutely did.
