"The Chef at Great Indian wave knows how to temper spices to perfection and make beautiful sauces. Ive eaten lot of Indian food from restaurants across Melbourne and this is probably the best. The Rogan Josh is made with an exceptional spice blend and the meat is always good quality and quantity of pieces. The Eggplant & Potato (Medium Hot)is also a stand out dish, and the Palak Paneer is absolutely delicious. i find the Coconut Rice to be a favorite also. Listen, those of us who order from DoorDash know that most restaurants miss the mark. But not these guys oh hell nah.
The biryani was straight FIRE. It was piping hot by the time it was delivered, ultra flavourful, ultra fresh and y’all there was so much MEAT! For the price, I was only expecting a little but literally every bite had boneless meat in it! And there’s a free raita on the side HELLO!! The rice was nice and separated - no stickage whatsoever.
I’m SO impressed it’s unreal. Totally made my night.
