I only ordered one plate from INOKOS and some sauce from Sakura I ordered a volcano roll Giza two steak and shrimp hibachi plates, rare because INOKOS won't allow you to order that option, two salads, two soups.

Inokos was still warm but the shrimp was burnt and the chicken was dry.
Inokos lost business all because you can't order steak the way you want it and in the end it cost them a customer because of their own choice and the food was not up to par.
