"The first time I ordered on March 3rd I ordered the hummus gyro, it was in the black plastic plate pictured in menu. But yesterday I ordered one gyro and one chicken and the pictures below will show you that the food came in two very small Styrofoam containers. The chicken was hard and old, I scraped it off, threw it in the trash and just ate the hummus. The feta rolls were good and the pomegranate sauce was to die for. "The portion of the Side House Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette is just like you would get at many restaurants. As you can see in the photos, the serving size of the vinaigrette is very small, and they do not fill it to the top of the container, unfortunately the flavor is lacking. The Baked Ziti with Italian Beef Sausage portion is very small (look at the photo), they did not fill the container with the ziti, but the flavor was there. I would not order it again because I like more bang for my buck. The Chicken Tikka Masala with Basmati Rice was decent, the serving size was better, the pieces of chicken were a good size but the flavor was lacking. Now I will add that I eat Indian food so I can tell the difference, but if you have not eaten it before you might like it the way it is. The Key Lime Pie Parfait is really small, especially when you read parfait you instantly think it will be a deeper container. As shown in the pictures it is a small portion. The flavor is good because it is not overwhelming sweet. I do not know why I thought the parfait would have a little crunch toppings, but it is soft also it is a darker color. It was not what I expected but I did enjoy it with the kids. All this food was split between two kids and myself. So none of the food was spicy or intolerable for kiddos. The labels on the entrees did come with microwave instructions and the container is labeled recyclable and has BPA-free lid and container. Only giving a 4 star because of the portions it should be noted on their menu the amount you are receiving."

"Extremely disappointed and unhappy with my experience at Thailicious. The employee working there with a mustache was incredibly rude and disrespectful. There was a mix-up with my order, and instead of calmly trying to resolve the situation, he started shouting at me and speaking to me in a completely unacceptable manner. When I asked to speak with a manager, he refused to let me speak to one. I was honestly shocked by the lack of professionalism and basic customer service. No customer should be treated this way over a simple order mix-up.
I also ordered the mango sticky rice and asked for some extra coconut sauce. Nobody mentioned that there would be an additional charge for it. I later noticed that they had simply charged more to my card. I have absolutely no problem paying extra for additional sauce, but the extra cost should have been communicated to me before charging my card. Customers shouldn’t have to find out about an additional charge afterward.
Separate from all of that, the food itself was disappointing as well. I ordered the Panang Curry, and the container was about 1/4 empty with barely any curry in it. It was mostly filled with tofu. For the price, I was extremely disappointed with the portion and what I received.
Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. Between the disrespectful treatment, the unexpected additional charge, and the disappointing portion of food, I left extremely unhappy and will not be returning."
