Both the main and side were overwhelming and lacked balance. The only saving grace was dessert: the cupcakes from Baked by Melissa. They were tiny but packed with flavor and moist. The Oreo one stood out. While pricey for their size, they ended the meal on a sweet note. Overall, the dessert was enjoyable, but the main and side were a miss. Would not order again!"

"Banh Mi Oi absolutely nails what a great bánh mì should be. The flavor balance is incredible — savory, fresh, bright, and packed with layers of texture in every bite. The bread deserves special mention: perfectly crisp on the outside with that soft, airy interior that so many places miss. You can tell the ingredients are high quality too, from the fresh herbs and pickled veggies to the meats and pâté. Nothing tastes cheap or rushed.
Their iced coffee is also outstanding — strong, smooth, and sweet without going overboard. It pairs perfectly with the sandwiches.
My only minor critique is the price. It’s a little expensive for bánh mì, but honestly it’s pretty much on par with the area these days, and the quality makes it easier to justify. Definitely one of the better bánh mì spots around."

"TheSautéed Steak Chunk with Black Pepper Sauce didn't have sauce, just a coating of pepper and other spices. The dish was superb - very tender and full of flavor. The Orange Duck (1/2) was also delicious - the sauce came separately so the duck stayed crisp. The beef Short Rib with Black Pepper appetizer was juicy and surprisingly tender. We got a huge container of nice steamed rice. All were good portions. The soy Soy Sauce Chicken is always excellent, as are the pork buns.

"I ordered through DoorDash and had a very disappointing experience. The grilled pork vermicelli (bún thịt nướng) x1 was poorly made—the pork was burnt, blackened, and tasted bitter. It was dry and not enjoyable at all. The fish sauce was also very bland and lacked flavor.
The broken rice with pork (cơm sườn) x2 was not much better. The shredded pork skin (bì) was soggy and slightly slimy, as if it wasn’t fresh, which made it very unappetizing.
On top of that, the order did not include any utensils—no spoon, no chopsticks—which made it very inconvenient to eat.
I also called the restaurant to give feedback and lets them know about it, but the staff were rude, unhelpful, and refused to take responsibility and the man over the phone was so rude and impolite!!The customer service was just as disappointing as the food.
I just had a very poor experience. I definitely do not recommend anyone to try this restaurant!! I would not order again!!"

it's different getting pho delivered, as opposed to at the restaurant. With delivery, you get sort of a "kit". The broth is in its own container; noodles & chicken in another; and bean sprouts and all the toppings in a plastic bag. You have to assemble it all into a bowl of pho. Heat the broth to just shy of boiling while you assemble the other ingredients in a large bowl you can cover. (plastic wrap or a plastic bag you can twist tie will do to cover). Pour the hot broth over the other ingredients, mix, and cover for a few minutes to "cook"; then enjoy.😋"

"I found this pho place in Springfield, and it's absolutely amazing! Their pho with 7 toppings is so generous, it could easily feed two people. "this restaurant fell short of our expectations. While the sandwich bread was good, the fillings were incredibly underwhelming. The pork consisted of 6 small, very dry chunks that tasted like they’d been recooked repeatedly, and the chicken was completely bland. Veggies were scarce, and the cilantro was extremely wilted. We were initially excited that the sandwiches came with drinks, but both teas were so sweet they weren't worth the calories. I might give this place a second chance in person, but I definitely won't order these sandwiches on DoorDash again. I was to note that the issues with our order all stemmed from the restaurant and were not driver/delivery related."
