The pork is flavorful and tasty, thinly sliced and perhaps braised. Ingredients in both main dishes were fresh. Kakuni Don has a white rice base and a few pickled ingredients. Very good. Not spicy. Ninja Ramen is noodle/broth based and we made note to please make it "very very spicy". They delivered the heat! Be sure to mix the broth up from the bottom though, otherwise the spice broth sits in the bottom alone under the strainer until you are done with the noodles, etc. Green Tea Ice Cream was a delicious treat!
