"the not chicken is excellent!!! I was hesitant bc i thought it might be greasy or soggy and it wasn't at all!! it was well cooked, a thick cut of cauliflower so i could still taste cauliflower even w everything they dress it up with - super crispy!! whoever prepared them made them very neatly they werent just thrown together - i appreciated that. i googled it after the fact and was happy to learn they use fresh cauliflower - they're not frozen breaded patty things.
