All of the meat came out without having to dig for it. It was sweet and flavorful. The shrimp were delicious, as were the crawfish. Some of the crawfish were large and worth getting that tidbit of meat out of the claws. It could have been spicier for my taste, and I'm one who actually likes when they sprinkle seasoning on the outside, too. But we always have Old Bay on hand. "The small okra was much larger than expected. The regular chicken doesn't have a kick, so highly recommended if you want fried while not upsetting your stomach with spice. But, they do need an area where you can specifically choose which cuts of chicken you want. They gave me a HUGE breast, a thigh, and drumstick. Keep that drumstick and replace with chicken wing. Let the customer decide...always. The food was hot and delicious. Good job crew."
