Chorizo with eggs is not crazy spicy as some chorizo can be. The milanesa had good flavor! The capirotada is very good! Im a fan of bread pudding in general, so I approve of this one. Has little bits of something I can't quite place. But it's still good. Flan flavor could be better. Good texture lots of caramel. It oozes out at the first spoonful. But it tastes a litle bitter, like burnt. Not sure if it's because I tasted the capirotada first.
