As a first-time customer, I’d say my experience with The Afty Express was pretty good overall. One thing I definitely appreciated was that the food was cooked to order. When I arrived to pick it up, everything was fresh, hot, and ready to eat.
I ordered the Whiting Fish Platter, and the flavor was good. The fish was seasoned ok and cooked nicely. My only real concern was the portion size. For the price, I was a little surprised to receive only two pieces of whiting. I honestly expected a bit more, especially considering the cost.
The food itself was ok, but I’m on the fence about whether I’d order again because of the portion sizes compared to the prices. If the portions were a little larger, I’d have no problem ordering again.

The Chicken Chives Momos was a delicate savory chicken n chives Dim Sum. The desserts were over the top. I'm now obsessed with their unique Fried noodles with honey n sesame seeds! The ice cream was great too. I look forward to sampling much more. Tbh, the only thing we weren't crazy about was an appetizer called Chicken Lollipops not because the quality was bad it wasn't as the chicken was tender n nice the issue is that they didn't read the notes it seems. "So.. this is my 2nd time trying Jasmine and I was simply unimpressed for the 2nd time. When I paid for a $30 meal and a $15 appetizer, I expected to be WOWed. I wasn't. Maybe I'll try something different next time.. But my least favorite thing was the Roasted Duck Hot Basil Garlic. it had some slightly bitter notes that I simply wasn't a fan of. Maybe other people will like it but it didn't satiate my appetite. I was also disappointed in the portion size. For $45 (without tax, delivery charge, and tip) i expected a larger portion. My last complaint is that the bag didn't have a tamper proof seal on it or simply stapled shut."
