The SMOKED PASTRAMI came on softish fresh roll covered top and bottom with lots of sesame seeds, an excellent source of selenium, the great body protector. The slaw was a fine cut, so not too much chewing required, but would like to see it finer still (it is possible). My only complaint is that every now and then one could taste the nitrites used to process the meat. I love pastrami. With a good pastrami you cannot taste the process used to cure the meat. Perhaps a taste test is called for with other brands, and then make a switch, otherwise there will be more complaints.

"Pollo Pasta When you order pasta from a pizza restaurant, you do so at your own risk. Generally, in my experience, they are really shoddy affairs and if they are edible, that is a major win. I must say, your pasta was amongst (if not) the best I have received on Doordash whilst living at this property. The only criticism, is that you were a bit light-on with the anchovies.
