My entire order was EXACTLY correct. Each sandwich was made precisely as it was ordered and we had the exact number of sauces requested. I fully expected to have some sort of issue with the order, which would have been understandable considering the size and how much of it was customized, but instead we were happily surprised that everything was perfect. I LOVE the fact that they really are a duplicate of the OG Pinchos from PR, except it doesn't include the bread but with these Pinchos, the meat is high quality, big chunks delivering mouth watering deliciousness in every bite with onions & peppers that are seared perfectly, allowing me to go back in time to the days La Marginal was THE IT place to get the best pinchos on the island.
I'm very grateful for this place & I hope they continue to bring Puerto Rico's delicious cuisine as it should be- with mad crazy flavor & authenticity.
