"Whoever makes the food on Sunday's deserves everlasting praise. The Quesabirrias were the best I have ever had around the area. Meat was cooked to perfection... so tender. Terrific meat to cheese ratio. Everything was so flavorful. 10/10. Couldn't rate this higher if I tried"
"The enchiladas are good I just don't like the tamales are so small to be 40$ and we don't have options for what drink we get when we add a soda to the order they should update that part rice is also good the black beans could use a pinch of salt"

"Large Cheese steak, Fries and can of soda YUM omg. Cheesesteak was 100/10 delicious, roll was super soft, good portion of meat. Fries were good- hot, nice crisp to them, & salted (unlike some other places that have bland fries that are almost inedible). Food was still hot when delivered which is nice. Only thing I would've liked is being able to choose the kind of canned soda I prefer but I guess they just choose w.e. Other than that- AMAZING 😊"

"Meat Lover’s Breakfast Burrito was just ok. couldn't really taste much of the meat. I think the side of salsa was expired. "The best sandwich ever. Everything goes well together the spice of the pickled jalapeños adds that kick to each bite. It is a loaded up with the beef accented with the toppings. You dont need sauce but because i like spice i added their red sauce. amazing? As far as the beef tongue tacos very flavorful. I have flour tortillas (personal preference). "Ordered the Oxtail w/Rice & Beans and Mac & Cheese and Curried Goat w/Cabbage & Yams... when I tell you..... EXCELLENT is just the beginning! Both meats were super tender, the rice was fluffy, yams seasoned with so much flavor, but not overpowering the natural sweetness and the cabbage was steamed just right! Now that mac&cheese takes center stage in this production! I loved the thickness of it because it was still moist and you could actually taste the different cheeses... kudos all around! (this was a great last-minute dinner decision for us & it definitely didn't disappoint!)"

"sensational
im the average white guy, don't really eat any super flavorful or hearty foods. imagine how i felt after eating this food. not even exaggerating this is some of the best mac and cheese ive eaten in my life, not overcooked in the slightest and the flavor was amazing. the fufu was super soft and sticky and went down easy with the palm butter sauce, and the meat was so tender and juicy. genuinely had me sucking the sauce off the bone. it's so filling too, i was only able to eat like half before i couldn't eat anymore, but rest assured it WILL be finished .. i highly recommend, its faintly spicy and so flavorful .. also affordable as well."
"This is my FIRST TIME eating Palm butter/fufu and I have to say I was worrisome of trying something new BUT THIS WAS SO YUMMY. Meat SO TENDER. Fufu HUGE. Seasoning soooo tasty!! I will 100% be ordering again, especially since African food is so rare around here. (:"

"One of the better Caribbean restaurants in the area. Jerk Chicken was not super hot. Just be sure to request extra jerk sauce. Curry Chicken was on point but wish it included more Chicken. "I love authentic Dominican food and when I order from here it's just like I'm eating food in RD!!! The Pollo Frito/Fried Chicken is soooo good. The Tostones/Fried Green Plantains are literally perfect and the Cereza/Caribbean Cherry is amazing!!! I will order here every time I am craving Dominican food for sure. "
"I rarely leave reviews, but this place is something special. This place remembers you're a person and not just another app order like so many other places. Good quality napkins, wrapped up separately with utensils and condiments/sauces with care. Delicious food at fair prices, fairly priced empanadas. I love this place. "

"Food is always fresh and indeed full of flavor.the portions for the price you can eat twice. I love to support a business who shows their love for what they do. I have tried everything from the empanadas to there special of the day, my favorite I think would be the Mofongo with shrimp. The shrimps are huge. I will continue to order again and support Carmen's' Kitchen. The best Puerto Rican Restaurant hands down!!!!!"
"ordered pork chops and white rice. she only had a small portion white rice so she called me and offered to send the white rice and red rice. when I received the food it fed 3 people!!!! the pork chops were huge and seasoned perfectly and now I know her red rice is just as good as her white rice. and the beans were so thick. super satisfied 😁"

"WORST CARRIBEAN SPOT IN DELAWARE! For someone who doesn't eat red meat, I do not want beef stuck on the side of my Chicken Patty
Secondly, the Jerkchicken was NOT jerk chicken, just tasted like smoked chicken, not jerk and very dry. Cabbage has no seasoning and tasted like a bowl of vinegar. The sweet potatoes were the only thing decent but the portions are super small. 1/10 Do nottttt recommend!"

"Okay so I have never left a review on DoorDash befote but I absolutely had to leave one for Keem's. This food was GOOD AF! Before Keem's, I was struggling bad to find a decent soulfood spot in DE as the food quality everywhere has went down after Covid. Keem's will be the ONLY soulfood spot I order from; The Catfish was crispy and light weight, the Crab Deviled Eggs was so good that they were finished before I even realized, the Mac & Cheese was not only cheesy but had a nice crispy top and had FLAVOR. The Cornbread Skillet was to die for. I also got a side of collared green which was eaten in the same amount of time as the Crab Deviled Eggs lol. The food was a bit pricy though, so be warned. For me, this would probably be a once in a paycheck meal as I easily spent $60+. I did not get the passion fruit Lemonade i ordered, but the regular was okay, I just wish that, for the price, I recieved a bigger cup. "

"The beef and cheese Pastelillos were amazing!!!"
"this platter had no love on it like they do in the store. I asked for juice from the 1/2 Rotisserie Chicken with Rice on my rice and the rice is bone dry. And the Pastelillos are pictured as 2 and I only recieved one thin pastelillo for $4.50. It absolutely isn't worth $4.50. Looks like I won't be eating from Dominican Cafe anymore. At work disappointed."

"I'm not usually a fan of Spanish/Mexican food-I don't like things very spicy. But the 1/2 chicken had a nice level of seasoning balanced by the rice.
I really liked the beef & potato empanada - very tasty."
"It was great portion for the money. However, the chicken was dry and it lacked flavor even the dark meat. The pork chops had a really weird taste and was a little tough. The yellow rice and beans were really flavorful and delicious."
