I've ordered Concrete Mixers from this location several times (x12 so far), and they consistently arrive melted because the store prepares them far too early. I've visited in person and watched the staff make the Mixer immediately after the order is placed, then leave it sitting on the counter at room temperature while the rest of the food is still being cooked.
By the time the DoorDash driver picks it up - especially if there's any delay - the Mixer is already liquid. Other Culver's locations nearby keep Mixers in the freezer until the food is ready, and sometimes even until the driver picks up the order, and the product arrives perfectly frozen every time.
This location needs to adjust its workflow for frozen items. The quality here is not consistent with other Culver's restaurants."

"I was expecting some high quality chef created burgers instead just got fast food. There not bad do t get me wrong. Meats tasty and burger was ok overall but it was dry. Onion rings are a rip off same with the fries. Either increase portions sizes or reduce prices. Chicken fingers were mid. Ranch was crap. Make homemade sauces. Lastly improve your time. The driver was waiting for 30 minutes for our small order."
