- Pad See Ew is legitimately the best pad see ew around, they really dry the noodles and flavor coats the entire dish. They use shiitake mushrooms for an umami boost and it makes a huge difference.
The restaurant is a small family owned place which put a lot of care into opening and being there for the community. They are so friendly with free tasters, generous coupons and take the time to explain all the food. They are really open to input as well.

"The crispy calamari had 5 big juicy rings and had the perfect light batter. The fried chicken wonton didn't have much meat but had a nice fry and tasty sauce. I would prefer other appetizers over the wontons but it works well as a "nacho" base for the green curry that had the chicken which really absorbed the flavor. The pad thai with tofu and the pad see ew with beef had good flavor and paired well with the green curry. The only thing that was missing from the curry was tender eggplant, the eggplant was over cooked. Other than that it was a filling, fresh meal added the fact that I ordered later towards closing and picked up and the end of the night. "The food here is amazing. My biggest complaint here is that some of the quality of the items we love so much keeps decreasing. The Orange Chicken is one of those items. The breading is good the sauce isamazing but the chicken inside it you literally can't find. Years ago it was delicious real chicken in large pieces now its smaller than a teaspoon of chicken its mostly a giant breaded sauced pastry almost. The sauce though is really, really, really, fantastic. The Yellow Curry is exceptional but they just changed the container it comes in from a quart sized tall container to a much smaller wide personal side dish container and that's crap. Especially since they've also raised all there prices several times in the last few years which I understand but dont cut the quality and quantity and raise the price too. Keep quality and quantity.
