"When you walk in, you go to the counter to order. There menu is also mainly cartoon pictures, with different pictures under th sushi rolls with a description at the bottom of the menu. So, it was helpful to have the doordash menu open for ordering sushi.
We started with the crab wontons, they were made to order and I did like that they brought them prior to bringing us our food.
My husband and I got the shrimp and chicken hibachi. The shrimo was just boiled and then the sauces added to it. The chicken was okay. The rice and noodles were just that with some egg added to the rice. Also, hard to say they come with vegetables when I only got 3 pieces if broccoli.
I also got the philidelphia roll and it was very good.
My daughter got the panther roll and the super bowl roll. The flavor was amazing but there was a lot of rice and the rolls were very large. So, a little difficult to eat.
Her fiancé got the steak hibachi. They di forget to make his food, so we were all done before his food arrived. They were very nice and sympathetic regarding this and I do believe its just new business pains.
They were also very busy, all the tables were filling up as well as people waiting for to-go orders.
Overall, I would stick to the sushi. The hibachi meat is made to order but I felt the rice, noodles, and vegetables to be underwhelming. We would come back and order again if we were wanting something close and easy but I wouldn't make a special trip to come here."

"The best? Likely. I've eaten a lot of tonkatsu at a lot of places around the Tulsa area. This is in the top 2. It's probably #1. My other go-to is Jinya's Tonkatsu black. I'm pretty sure I've found a new favorite. A new #1. Almost all other Tonkatsu in Tulsa is very very bad (gung ho is a distant but acceptable #3).
I've also eaten their more fish-laden poke bowl, twice, and it was excellent. Caveat: I are the poke with five optional sauces added. Presently there's no option to select five sauces within the DoorDash app. I first ate it while visiting the restaurant in person. When I ordered the second time through DoorDash, I was only able to select one sauce. I had to call the restaurant and specify the sauces that I wanted before ordering. The 5 sauces that I ordered were "poke sauce", spicy mayo, Ponzu, Yuzu, sesame oil.
Caveat to a caveat: the second time I ordered the poke, the shrimp were pretty gross but constituted such a small part of the dish that I would still give it 5 stars.
Support this new place because it's great.
Finally, the restaurant and area are really cool. I have no conflicts of interest to disclose --- except that I want them to stay open so I can order more food."

There were no boiled eggs, and it was just a small portion. The ranch dressing tasted meh.
I used to order from the memorial location and their portions were much larger, and their ranch dressing was so good I would eat it with a spoon!

"I got the Tonkotsu Ramen, and I was impressed. First the fact that the noodles and topping are separated from the broth was great to see and even though the noodles weren't boiled into the broth the oils from the broth stuck to the noodles, this kept the noodles from getting soggy so they kept they're springy texture. Now the broth was very good it was deep, hearty, and flavorful. I had the level 4 spicy and it was a great balance of heat and flavor. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves ramen."
