I started this meal annoyed because DoorDash took an extremely long time to assign a driver and deliver my order. By the time the food arrived, I was convinced it was going to be cold and disappointing.
I was completely wrong.
I ordered the chicken tenders, fries, and banana pudding. The chicken was fried perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and absolutely delicious. The fries were seasoned and came with ranch, and the comeback sauce was so good I found myself dipping everything in it. Even after the delivery delay, the food held up surprisingly well.
The banana pudding was fresh, cold, and the perfect dessert to finish the meal.
This was my first time ordering from Birdcode, and despite the delivery frustration, the quality of the food completely won me over. I’ll definitely be back to try the chicken sandwich next.

"I am actually shocked at their improvements and how good their food is. And their tamper proof and sealed bag is on point! I stopped eating BK years ago because their food was always cold, soggy, or the meal was just underwhelming for its price. I was contemplative about even ordering but since it's cold, raining & I got off work super late, I was limited options & I thought I'd give BK one more try & to my surprise, the original chicken sandwich is back to it's normal size or close enough to it from what I remember as a child and in comparison to the last time I got it which was for some reason like half the size almost. The food was well put together and still warm which was nice. They did forget to put sauces that I chose for the nuggets but that's a minor complaint.
