Patacones were too thick and it felt like they were old. I think they would benefit from making these thinner. Adding salt would be a plus.

"For the most part, I really enjoyed my meal! The Tan-Tan ramen was really good and adding the marinated eggs was perfect. The Red Dumplings, were also really tasty! I really appreciated that they separate the noodles and toppings/ingredients from the broth. My only complaint was that the ramen was a bit saltier than I tend to like my ramen so I couldnt finish the all of the broth sadly.
