The vegetable balance was disappointing. Most bites were dominated by onion, with a lot of carrot that was fresh but slightly undercooked, and only a few pieces of potato in the entire dish. If a bite didnāt include tofu or rice with curry, it felt like eating almost entirely onion, which was off putting.
