The GF pizza is thicker and a bit breading than some, but it is actually good for you, unlike most Gf DF pizza crusts that taste good but are feats of chemistry and starches. if you like a lot of animal protein on your pizza, get extra toppings. We are light eaters, and we usually get enough for both of us on one entree. We have never had any food from them that was not good, and usually it is great.
