The Pechuga Bonita was devoid of any flavor other than thick, wet, dirty smoke, being a Colombian restaurant, I was hoping for a wonderful and flavorful spice palette...no such luck. I don't know what their "special oven" is all about, but it's butchering their food. The Champ Filet was tough, unseasoned, and had the same heavy wet smoke flavor.
