I ordered the three roll special. I had the shrimp, pork sausage, and bulgogi beef. The shrimp roll was as expected, light, fresh, and tasty. The sausage was the best. It had the best flavor and really stood out. The beef was dry, okay flavor-wise, but oh so dry. Each roll had lettuce, shredded carrot, cilantro, cucumbers, mint, and garlic chives. These added crunch, texture, and a freshness that really was nice.

The shaken beef was so tender, fresh, and delicious. Some places serve some dated meat and hide it in the sauce. Not this place!! The red rice was bomb too, you can really taste the coconut milk.
