However they need improvement in making sure all food items are sealed within the outside packaging or bag so we know nothing is tampered with and does not leak or spill out before delivery. Spoke to a manager about packaging not being sealed and she understood, apologized and would address that issue so it's safe and comforting for DD customers so customer service is efficient and outstanding.
