"The food is filling, tasty, and inexpensive. Unfortunately it can also be a gamble. The portions are sometimes incredibly off. Sometimes to a negligent level. There have been times I've ordered X2 chow mein and had half a forkful of noodles and the rest be just lettuce. The same has happened to me with the sesame chicken where it was 90% vegetables and a few pieces of chicken. Sometimes it's in your favor and you get a lot more of the noodles and the chicken than the veggies. If the portions were more consistent this would be a four star review. It's happened enough for me to take off one star but not enough to remove more."

"I'm giving them 4 stars just based on the flavor of the Crawfish Etouffee and the loaded mashed potatoes. the Crawfish Etouffee was phenomenal! I grew up in Lousiana and I feel like the preparation and flavor of this dish 100% lives up to the Cajun/Creole culture. It satisfied a deep craving for soul nourishing and deeply satisfying food. the only complaint is I wish it had been in a bowl and also there was more of it. 😅🤤
Fried Catfish : There was a TON of small but tasty catfish tenders in this order- enough easily for 2 people to share. The loaded mashed potatoes were 💯! No seasonings needed to be added because the flavor was so amazing! I wasn't a fan of the hushpuppies and they were a bit too overcooked/chewy to reheat in the toaster oven.
* I ordered extra cup of blackened shrimp as an add on the side with Etouffee and I was not a fan personally. felt like it was overcooked and also way over seasoned. * I love herbs and spices but this was way Overboard. I think heavy on Thyme or other herbs if I was tasting correctly.
The most disappointing part for me though was the Warm Cookie Sundae - the cookie had been burnt and turned upside down to hide it- it actually wasn't warm at all upon arrival. The Ice cream was put inside the box with cookie when it was requested on side and extra was ordered. It should have been bagged seperately outside the bag of the hot foods. It was actually put in the middle of the other food boxes so a sandwich of heat around ice cream. Needless to say it was melted.
* I was refunded for part of my order so I am not mad at this point but disappointed."

"Easily one of my favorite food joints in town. I go here pretty frequently and usually order a chicken quesadilla. Can be pretty oily for my liking, but that's really my only complaint. I've had a good amount of stuff on the menu, and so far everything has been great. Not big on the Jamaica Agua Fresca, though. But when the weakest thing is a sweet drink, that's how you know you have some great food. I work nearby the place so it's pretty normal for me to grab something during my break. Sometimes we even order a bunch of tacos for employees to share. Highly recommend!"
"Absolutely one of my favorite places to order from! The Cheese dip is a 10/10, SO flavorful. Anytime I'm craving a taco this is my go to place to order from. Always constant!
