"We have ordered from this KFC location several times through DoorDash, and unfortunately, our orders have been consistently incorrect or missing items. We have tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but this has happened too many times.
The food quality has also been disappointing. When ordering extra crispy, it should not taste like original recipe chicken that was put back in the fryer and burned. Fast food or not, there is still a basic standard, and other KFC locations have had no issue meeting it. We are not happy with the repeated issues and will not be ordering from this location again."
